About Me
Hey, I’m Richard — a Personal Trainer at PureGym Milton Keynes, specialising in helping men over 35 build and maintain muscle, stay strong, and feel confident in and out of the gym.
I work specifically with everyday guys — busy dads, professionals, and men who might feel like they've "lost their edge" over the years — helping them get back in shape without the guesswork, intimidation, or outdated methods.

Fitness isn’t just turning up and training for an hour — it’s about consistency, education, and building habits that last outside of the sessions. The reason I offer a block of 5 sessions is because:

Anyone can do 1 random session — but results come from structure, routine, and showing up consistently. When you commit to 5 sessions, you're showing me (and more importantly, yourself) that you're serious about making a change. It also allows me to coach you properly over time, track your progress, and adapt things to suit your goals.
